Did you grease the pan before you poured in the batter? Because it doesn’t look like that happened. Even with a ‘non-stick’ pan, it’s still best to grease it.

I don’t like cake, but I always remember the Comedy Central stand up special I saw on TV in college with a guy talking about his love of cake. He makes the joke he’d get married just because there is cake afterwards.
